Unless items are faulty, arrive damaged, or are ‘not as described’, returns are at our discretion and will be subject to a 25% handling charge.  

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser

Although we are located in Jersey, Channel Islands, we will prepay any import duty or VAT meaning that no additional payment will be due by the purchaser on delivery.
